Aaron Resnick, Esq. is a AV rated Miami based attorney that specializes in real estate and real estate litigation. In November 2016, Mr. Resnick along with co-counsel began filing class action lawsuits related the practice of condominium associations charging fees in the connection of the sale, lease, sublease and mortgage of condominium units that are explicitly not permitted under Florida law nor condominium association's governing documents. Recently, the first of many pending class action lawsuits settled with the condominium association returning all the improperly charged fees, paying almost $100,000 in attorney's fees and also having an injunction prohibiting it from charging fees in excess of $100.00 for any applicant to buy or lease a unit.
